Accessibility matters to me. Here, I provide pictures and measurements for you to decide if my office will be suitable for you. If you have other accessibility needs, please do ask me about them.
Welcome to my office. The front door is 80cm wide, so suitable for some wheelchair users. There are no steps.
Inside, there are two armchairs, a carpet and two small tables. There’s also a bookshelf, a small desk and doors to a kitchenette and a bathroom.
If you are concerned about the size of chair – they are low (seat is 38cm high) and the back is 70cm high. The seat is 52cm wide and 46cm deep.
The bathroom is small and unlikely to be accessible to a wheelchair. The bathroom door is 68cm wide and the bathroom (pictured) is roughly 140cm x 95cm.
